What makes the 220-1202 hard

Core 2 is where candidates get caught out after already clearing 220-1201. The operating systems domain covers Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and Chrome OS. The security domain is worth 28% of the exam and includes malware removal procedures, BitLocker, UAC and workstation hardening.

The software troubleshooting domain is scenario-heavy, and on top of the multiple choice questions there are performance-based questions that put you in a simulated environment and ask you to solve a real problem. This pack has 414 practice questions for the 220-1202, every MCQ and PBQ, so those formats are familiar before you walk in.
