These terms cover your use of certstash.com and anything you buy here. “CertStash”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of this site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy.
1. Using the site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. When you buy, you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are entitled to use the payment method you choose.
2. What we sell
CertStash sells digital practice question packs in PDF format for IT exams. We work to keep every pack accurate and up to date, but a practice pack is a study aid: we do not promise that it matches any live exam, and product descriptions may change as packs are updated. We may withdraw a product at any time.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in US dollars unless your payment provider converts them. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order. Prices and promotions can change without notice, but you always pay the price shown when you ordered.
4. Delivery
All products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Once payment is confirmed, your download links are emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a few minutes, and are also available from your order confirmation. Please give a correct email address. If your files have not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and then email support@certstash.com, and we will resend them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your email provider or by events outside our control.
5. Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally, refunds are governed by our refund policy, which includes the pass guarantee and, for customers in the European Union, the right of withdrawal before download.
6. Your licence to the material
When you buy a pack, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and use it for your own exam preparation, including printing a copy for yourself. You may not copy, share, upload, publish, resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the material available to anyone else, whether paid or free, or use it to build a competing product. Each purchase is licensed to one person. For a team, school or training organisation, email support@certstash.com and we will arrange a suitable licence. The licence ends automatically if you break these terms, and we may then withdraw access to future updates.
7. Independence and trademarks
CertStash is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certification body. Vendor, exam and certification names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the exam a pack is written for.
8. Intellectual property complaints
If you hold rights in material we offer, or act for someone who does, and believe that material infringes those rights, email support@certstash.com with the subject line IP Complaint. Tell us which material, the right you rely on, and how to reach you. We review every complaint and will remove or amend material where a complaint is well founded.
9. Reviews and feedback
If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to publish and use it in connection with the store. Reviews must be honest, lawful and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that break these rules.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, scrape or bulk-download its content, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
11. Disclaimer
Apart from what these terms and the law expressly provide, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in that cannot be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam fees, lost time or lost opportunities.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest version.
