What makes the AUTOCOR hard
The 350-901 code survived, but the exam behind it did not. On 3 February 2026 Cisco replaced DEVCOR with AUTOCOR v2.0, renamed CCNP DevNet to CCNP Automation, and dropped the application-development half of the old blueprint. Any DEVCOR question bank still in circulation is for a retired exam.
Sixty percent of AUTOCOR is Network Automation and Infrastructure as Code: building the same VLAN, OSPF, interface and ACL changes with Ansible, Terraform, RESTCONF against a YANG model, and Python; consuming REST APIs with pagination and authentication; Git operations; and building GitLab CE pipelines. Operations adds model-driven telemetry and secure coding. The new AI in Automation domain is a full 20%: the risks of AI-assisted development, security of AI-based automation, building an MCP server with Python FastMCP, and judging whether an AI recommendation is right. The platforms are IOS XE, ACI, Meraki, Catalyst Center, SD-WAN, ISE and Webex Messaging.

350-901 (Designing, Deploying and Managing Network Automation Systems v2.0, AUTOCOR) earns the Cisco Certified Automation Specialist, Core certification on its own, is the core exam for CCNP Automation, and is the qualifying written exam for CCIE Automation. It covers network automation with Ansible, Terraform, RESTCONF and Python, infrastructure as code with Git, GitLab CI/CD, CML and Docker, operations including telemetry, logging, pyATS and secure coding, and AI in automation. No prerequisites.
