What makes the CLCOR hard
CLCOR moved to v2.0 on 3 February 2026 and the balance of the exam shifted towards the cloud. A new Cloud and Hybrid Services domain is now a quarter of the exam, sitting right behind on-premises call control, and the old v1.1 blueprint is no longer offered. A bank that still reads like a CUCM-only exam is a version behind.
On-Premises Call Control is still the biggest domain at 30%: the UCM call routing process, toll fraud prevention, globalised routing, translation and transformation patterns, troubleshooting dial plans, UCM APIs, and Unity Connection mailboxes. Cloud and Hybrid at 25% expects the Webex Suite, Webex Calling routing, cloud meetings and messaging, Webex APIs and webhooks, and Control Hub directory connector. Infrastructure and Design covers CSR and PA design, Expressway and CUBE, and troubleshooting SSO, certificates and TLS. Gateways is IOS XE dial peers and codec lists, and Media and QoS covers one-way and choppy audio and trust boundaries.
