I paid but have not received my PDF
Your download links are sent to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If they are not there after 15 minutes, email us with your order number and we will resend them.
I failed my exam
Every pack is covered by our pass guarantee. See the refund policy for how to claim: you will need your official score report, sent within 7 days of the exam date.
My card was declined
This is usually a bank setting rather than a problem with your card. Many cards have international online payments turned off by default. Email us and we will help you find a payment method that works.
I need packs for a team or a training course
Each purchase is licensed to one person. Email us with how many people and which exams, and we will arrange a licence that fits.
